Applications

Applicants must complete the form provided. The completed signed form
must be mailed to the Directors at the address below no later than the
deadlines noted for each term. Where the date falls on a Saturday, Sunday
or holiday, the applications must be received on the first business day
thereafter.

Application deadlines for interest free loans are:

n January 1, 2008 for Winter Term 2008

n April 15, 2008 for Spring Term 2008

n August 15, 2008 for Fall Term 2008

Requests for Special Tutorial Assistance may be received at any time during
the first six weeks of an academic term.

If you have difficulties viewing or printing out the form, please contact us
at rawde@sympatico.ca and we will be pleased to forward a copy of the
form by email or by facsimile.

Applications for third and fourth year student bursaries should be made by
attaching a letter to the loan application form. No special request for the
first year bursary will be required; the directors will review the transcripts
for the aplicants and make an award based on this information.
